I ordered from prolineskates.com and, like I said, the skates got here fine in the end. The only thing was the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update for a few days, which was kind of annoying. Like I said, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not very fast. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a rush

I got my skates right when the tracking said they’d arrive, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, after the way things were handled, I expected at least a quick apology.

I ordered a pair of skates and had that little moment of doubt after hitting checkout, wondering if they’d actually be legit. When the package showed up, I opened it right away and they were in the original box with all the tags still on. I even pulled up the brand’s site to compare the details, and everything matched. After looking them over, I felt way better. No issues at all, and the skates were exactly what I hoped they’d be.

It was kind of annoying and made the whole process feel more pressured than it needed to be.

Like, the box showed up strong and clean, no smashed corners or weird dents, which is already better than a lot of stuff I get shipped. Everything inside was wrapped up properly too, so the skates weren’t sliding around or anything. And the skates themselves came out clean and in perfect shape. I know packaging isn’t the most exciting thing, but it does make a difference. You can tell they didn’t just toss them in a box and hope for the best. Happy with the whole thing.

I was trying to track down a specific skate size and almost everywhere else was sold out, so I was relieved that Proline actually had it in stock. Checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated. I wouldn’t say the whole experience blew me away or anything, but it definitely saved me from waiting around, so I’m mostly happy with it.

The return took way too long. I had to chase these clowns twice just to get an exchange moving, and the refund fees were annoying on top of it.
